Vermilion – The Smile Experts is delighted to welcome Dr Louise O’Dowd BDS MFDS RCSEd MSc FDS RCSEd PgCAP FHEA, Specialist in Periodontics and Restorative Dentistry joins Vermilion’s periodontal team. Based at its main clinic on St John’s Road, Edinburgh, Dr O’Dowd will incorporate all aspects of restorative dentistry to treat patients referred to Vermilion by its referring dental practitioners.
Dr O’Dowd brings with her a wealth of expertise and knowledge to the team. Out with Vermilion, she works at the Edinburgh Dental Institute as a Senior Clinical Lecturer and Honorary Consultant in Restorative Dentistry. She also plays an active role with the RCSEd as an Examiner for the MFDS, as well as teaches both under- and postgraduate prosthodontic and restorative specialist trainees, and in training dental hygienists and therapists.
