Throughout the year, we host a variety of CPD events led by our Vermilion specialists and clinicians and open to all our referring dental colleagues to express our gratitude for the continued patient referrals.
We are also proud participants of the Biennial Symposium, a spectacular event that sees a number of our dental colleagues come together for a full day of verified CPD learning. The next one will be on Friday, October 3rd 2025 and will focus on ‘The Future of Scottish Dentistry and Career Pathways in Primary Care’ with guest speakers Mr Anas Sarwar MSP, Leader of the Scottish Labour Party and representatives from the new College of General Dentistry.

Our free, verifiable CPD program runs annually, covering all topics outlined by the GDC. Designed for our referring dentists, these events are typically held at our Edinburgh clinic on 24 St. John’s Road and led by our expert specialists and clinicians. Our program is tailored to be engaging and interactive, offering a relaxed and informal atmosphere, complemented by a delicious dinner.
Each year, we host a major Open Day and CPD event at our Kelso clinic, located at Pinnaclehill Industrial Estate. This year, the Open Day will take place on Saturday, 31 May 2025. We are also excited to offer a series of exclusive webinars focusing on oral surgery and endodontics, specially designed exclusively for our referring dentists in the Scottish Borders. Vermilion CPD – Curry Club Programme 2025/
Following the success of 2024 CPD – Curry Club programme, we decided to continue the format in 2025, adding some more sessions and making the events even more exclusive and engaging.
If you are a referring dentists and would like to register to our events, please make sure you created an account on our ‘My Vermilion’ portal, a space dedicated to our referring network.
